Originally focusing on residential construction the founders of the business, then named Minniti & Son Builders opened their doors in 1980, due to expansion of the company it was renamed Domination Homes in 2005 and has become synonymous with luxury, quality homes.
As demand for their services in more diverse projects grew, the business varied it’s offerings into small commercial structures, including mixed use developments, apartments and multi-unit dwellings.
The birth of Zircon Projects represents a focused approach to developments, leaving Domination Homes to concentrate on building luxury homes for homeowners.

As Director, Domenic brings to the company over 20 years of hands on experience over hundreds of projects. As a Registered Builder his knowledge is impressive and key to the optimal outcome for our clients.
Anthony Audino – General Manager
With an excess of 10 years of experience in the construction industry across various roles including Scheduling, Estimating, Site Supervision and Special Projects Management, Anthony knows how to successfully complete a project on time and budget.
Coupled with his Diploma of Builder’s Registration and savvy business skills Anthony oversees the experienced team and is personally involved with every stage of each project.
Mark Audino – Construction Manager
Tenacity and excellent time management are skills which see Mark excel at delivering each project in a timely manner, with a wealth of experience exceeding 35 years behind him and the qualification of Registered Builder to draw upon, he ensures the onsite phase of each build is seamless.
Steve Pritchard – Design Manager
Steve has more than 30 years of experience in design and documentation of projects, he possesses exceptional attention to detail and communication skills allowing him to facilitate a smooth transition from concept stage to construction and is an expert in ensuring your blocks potential is maximised.
Steve Gullotti – Financial Controller
Steve brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and financial management experience which he has gained from working within a number of large sectors & industries across Australia over the past 15 years.
Steve has worked in such industries as financial services, real estate and property development, meaning he is the perfect representative to drive the finance department through the entire process from start of projects to their completion.
